Cap loader
It is used for conveying caps into the capping machine by blowing. It starts to work automatically when it is lake of cap in the capping machine. The height and distance of transporting caps, the time of sterilizing can be adjusted as the requirement.

3. Bottle volume:200ml-2000ml,if larger than 2L,the machine need to be expanded.The cost will be more expensive than normal size.
4. Capacity:6000bottles per hour based on 500ml pet bottle
3000bottles per hour based on 1000ml pet bottle;
...If you want to fill different volume bottle in one machine,you must keep their bottle mouth diameter same.
5. We also produce glass bottle carbonated beverage filling machine,but glass bottle and PET bottle can't be filled in one machine.They are two different machines.
