1) Automatic control system with “non-cap or lack of cap”:

2) "Electro-optical sensors, Mechatronics and capping screwing linkage" automatic control system:
After filling pails enter capping area,run to “capper” flat cap, then run the “capper” position to tightened tight fit. Screw head was controlled by cylinder, the force and tightness can be adjusted. Screwing will not harm the cap to avoid damaging caps.
